Seascape Oil Painting

I’ve being always inspired by sea, by its sound, waves and endless horizon. This painting was created during the lockdown of 2020 when my dream of the sea was like an escape from reality that helped me to cope with the situation. I hope it will become an inspiring “escape” for other people. The painting is created using professional oil paint on stretched canvas (gallery wrap). I think oil paint is great to depict water and sky due to the smooth texture it allows to achieve.
