Tansy is one of my favorite medical plants. I offten add it to my herbal tea. It has so many benefits despite of its slightly bitter taste. Its small fluffy yellow flowers shine as if the sun dublicated itself multiple times. Tansy gives me a feeling of cosiness, safety and inspiration.
These Tansy flowers grew up in my mother’s garden. I painted them from life enjoying every brushstroke.
This artwork is created with oil paint on the paper for oil painting Fabriano Tela. This paper is acid free and archival, 300 gsm. Only high quality materials were used.
